MAKE A RETURN

We offer a 14 day refund or exchange guarantee. The 14 days begins as soon as you receive your order. Please note that the item/s must be returned within the 14 day period. Failure to do this could result in your refund or exchange being rejected. 

 

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

- Items must be unused. 

- Items must be returned in original condition in the correct packaging, with the tags still attached.

- Items must not smell of any fragrances or body oders

- The return request must be with in the 14 day time frame

 

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the problem with the item, along with photographic evidence. Also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement. We will then give you instructions on your return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Pre-ordered items

Pre-ordered items can not be returned and need a front payment. These pieces come directly from our suppliers. We don't want to be stuck with unwanted stock. If you are pre-ordering please make sure you're 100% sure before making the payment and starting the process

Please remember:

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Use a tracked/insured delivery service to ensure the item gets to us. 
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method that insures you the value of the goods as we will not refund/exchange lost returns.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.

Please note - if you accept a return for a refund, the delivery cost will be withdrawn from your total refund amount. For example if your original order is €150.-, and delivery cost is €5.- .you will be refunded €145. This is to ensure we dont lose any money in the efforts of processing your return.

If you return an item that you have bought twice, you will be refunded for the cheaper item. For example, if you buy a tshirt for €150 then 2 days later buy it again for €130 and decide to return the €150 tshirt, you will be refunded for the €130. Discount codes can not be used on the same item twice and then returned back to us.

Orders from potential resellers will be canceled. We only offer our products to customers from Starplug and not any other business who want to take advantages on the prices from us.
